- What are my payment options?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover securely via Paypal. Please note all prices are in US Dollars and that we will send a reply email with the confirmation of your order.
- When will I receive my order?
We ship within 3 business days if the ordered items are in stock. Delivery time depends on your location. We ship from Northern California.
- Do you charge for shipping?
Yes, we charge a flat rate of $29.95. We ship via Fed Ex 3 day with insurance and signature service. Please let us know if you don’t want to sign for the package.
- Do you have any special offers or discounts?
You can join our email club and save 10% on your first order. In addition, you can arrange to pick up your order at our trunk show/s in the East Bay Area and save $29.95 on flat rate shipping. Be sure to select option “Pick up at shows”while checking out. Please check our Shopping Events.
- How do I make changes to an order I’ve already placed?
Please send us an email to Dechen@DechenDesigns.com and we will do our best. Once order payment has been processed and shipped, the purchase cannot be canceled or modified.
- What is your return policy?
Every piece on our website is handcrafted, Due to the handmade nature of our pieces, we cannot accept returns. Please note all sales are FINAL
- Are there color variations between the pictures on the website and actual products?
We encourage shoppers in the San Francisco Bay Area to visit our live trunk shows to see the actual pieces. Slight variations in color may occur depending on the setting on your devices. So far customers that ordered online have said the actual products they received are far more
beautiful than in the picture/s.
